Work of the staff can be divided into 4 directions

Spiritual and administrative work is fulfilled by pastoral, accounting and administrative departments of the church.

Social work is fulfilled by children ministry «D Planet of Children», Lovingkindness ministry, by centers of resocialization for drug addictives and rehabilitation center for former prisoners.

Creative and Educational work includes praise and worship department, Dance and Drama department, Workers of the Kingdom Bible School and Gideon Bible collage.

Informational and broadcasting work is fulfilled by television department and information department (printing products preparation and distribution of the information in the Internet (forum, web-site).

Church staff includes over 50 workers, but in each department has been working a lot of volunteers.
